Is this password generator actually secure?
Yes — it uses your browser's Web Crypto API (crypto.getRandomValues), the same cryptographically secure random source used by security software, not Math.random() which is predictable and unsuitable for passwords.

No — the password is generated and displayed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. It never leaves your device and is not logged or stored anywhere.
How long should a strong password be?

Why are similar-looking characters like 0, O, l, and 1 excluded?
